Assistant Manager – Financial Advisory

About the Role

Burraq Partners is hiring an Assistant Manager – Financial Advisory on behalf of one of its leading clients in the aviation and energy sector, to support reconciliations, variance analysis, and settlement preparation, based in Saudi Arabia.

The Assistant Manager will support the Manager in validating cost submissions, performing variance analysis, and ensuring that reconciliations comply with contractual and accounting requirements. The role involves conducting detailed financial analysis, validating ERP systems, and preparing structured reconciliation reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the review and validation of AC’s reconciliation accounts and cost sheets.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and request clarifications on discrepancies.
• Exclude invalid or prior-year costs and incorporate late invoices into the correct reconciliation cycles.
• Maintain a structured discrepancy log for transparency and traceability.
• Recalculate cost allocations and flight-hour data under the guidance of the Manager.
• Support preparation of payment calculations, settlement drafts, and KPI performance reports.
• Coordinate with AC and ACO teams for data collection, clarifications, and documentation.
• Prepare working papers and ensure proper record-keeping for audit readiness.

• Engagement Duration: 6 months to 1 Year (Renewable Yearly).
• Eligibility: Candidate must be available in KSA with a transferable Iqama and be ready to join immediately.
